Job summary

Uncountable is seeking a Customer Success Associate to lead adoption at globally distributed accounts, delivering tailored training and enabling scientists to integrate the platform into daily workflows.

You will own adoption plans, run training programs, and mentor power users while coordinating with Account Managers to secure renewals and expansion. This role requires scientific grounding and strong communication across global teams.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in customer success, enablement, training, implementation, or related roles.
• Scientific or technical grounding with practical experience in a lab or R&D setting.
• Ability to translate complex software workflows into actionable steps for scientists.
• Comfort working with data and software, and building a narrative from usage metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build adoption plans for multiple accounts and monitor usage to drive weekly active users.
• Design and deliver training across onsite, virtual, and recorded formats for diverse audiences.
• Drive AI adoption of Bodie across accounts and surface use cases to Product/Engineering.
• Engage with customers and coordinate with AMs and Implementation for renewals and expansion.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to translate experiments into day-to-day platform use.
