Job summary

Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a Distribution company to recruit for a Product Administrator to take ownership of our master product data and channel management.

Based in Wolverhampton, the role is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a salary of £28,000 per year. You will maintain the Product Master Sheet, input pricing into buying group price files, upload current pricing, promotions, and product specs across online portals, and collate packaging data for submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience with ecommerce administration and product data management.
• Familiarity with pricing input, product specs and channel updates.
• Ability to collate packaging data and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Product Master Sheet and update product information.
• Input pricing into buying group price files and upload pricing and specs to online portals.
• Collate packaging data (dimensions, weight) for customer submissions.
• Run Phocas reports and prepare onboarding specification sheets for new products.
• Assist with new product launches and provide imagery when available.

Salary £28,000

In this role, you will maintain the Product Master Sheet, input calculated pricing into buying group price files, and upload current pricing, promotions, and product specs across online portals. You will also collate packaging and sustainability data, generate reports via Phocas, and complete detailed customer onboarding specification sheets to ensure smooth product launches.

• Buying group portals – upload latest price files, promotions, and company information
• Buying group pricing – Update pricing for buying groups using spreadsheet calculators
• Online customer portals – Update product information, pricing, specifications
• Packaging and Sustainability Administration – Obtain packaging data such as L x W x H and weight and collate data for customer submissions
• Product Master Sheet – update product information and add new products with specifications
• Run Phocas reports
• Onboarding forms – when a customer is taking on new products we will need to populate their specification sheets with information such as SKU, description, weight, measurements, and selling points along with imagery if backlog with marketing

Any one with a ecommerce admin background would work well in this role
