Job summary

Mac Recruit Group is seeking an organised Procurement Administrator to support sourcing, purchasing and stock control in a fast-paced environment. You will raise POs, monitor deliveries and maintain supplier documentation while assisting the warehouse team.

The role involves some driving, warehouse time and general admin, with opportunities for training and development. A forklift licence is advantageous and a driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, stores, warehousing, or inventory control.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A driving licence is essential and forklift licence is beneficial, with willingness to complete it.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing goods and obtaining supplier quotations.
• Maintain procurement records and supplier documentation.
• Raise purchase orders and monitor deliveries to ensure timely arrival of materials.
• Provide general administrative support for procurement and warehouse operations.
• Organise and maintain warehouse storage areas to support stock control.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock; prepare and issue materials as needed.
