Job summary

TN Talent Recruitment Ltd is seeking a reliable and organised Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to join our East Midlands team. The role offers training and the chance to build experience across warehouse operations, stock control, systems and administration.

You will learn on the job, become proficient with internal systems, and have opportunities to progress within the business as you gain experience. Previous warehouse experience is helpful, and forklift training can be provided.

• Receive and check incoming deliveries.
• Match goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Record stock accurately on internal systems.
• Label, organise and store materials correctly.
• Assist with stock checks and inventory control.
• Report damaged, missing or incorrect goods.
• Maintain warehouse records and documentation.
• Update spreadsheets and warehouse systems.
• Liaise with suppliers, drivers and internal departments.
• Support general warehouse administration.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
