Job summary

Samworth Brothers in the United Kingdom is seeking a Procurement Systems Coordinator to bolster our Group Procurement team. You will develop, administer and enhance procurement systems, and create automation and reporting to improve governance and visibility across the function.

You will collaborate with IT and procurement colleagues to drive digital transformation, optimise processes and deliver user-friendly solutions that reduce administrative burden.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and developing business systems within procurement or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Excellent reporting and analytics capabilities with attention to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance procurement systems including SharePoint and Teams.
• Design and implement Power Apps, workflows and automation to streamline processes.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and KPIs.
• Document procurement processes and governance controls for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate procurement administration activities and stakeholder communications.
