Job summary

Samworth Brothers is seeking a Procurement Systems Coordinator to join the Group Procurement team. You will develop, maintain and enhance procurement systems (SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps), design automation, and create Power BI dashboards to drive data-driven decisions across the function.

You will collaborate with IT and stakeholders, document governance controls, and coordinate procurement administration while supporting continuous improvement and user experience across systems.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and developing business systems, preferably within procurement/supply chain or commercial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards and management information with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance procurement systems, including SharePoint, Teams and other procurement platforms.
• Design and implement Power Apps, workflows and automation solutions to streamline procurement processes.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and procurement KPIs for meaningful insights.
• Document procurement processes, procedures and governance controls to support data accuracy.
• Coordinate procurement administration activities, meetings, supplier communications, onboarding and team support.
