Job summary

Liverpool City Council is seeking a Procurement Systems and Data Support Officer to provide day-to-day support for procurement systems and data used by the Procurement and Contracts Service. You will onboard stakeholders and suppliers, maintain contract records, and support cleansing and reporting activities, including Atamis.

You'll work to improve records management, handle system queries, and contribute to continuous improvement across the service, with exposure to Excel-based assessments

The role:

As a Procurement Systems and Data Support Officer, you will provide day-to-day support for the systems and data that underpin the Procurement and Contracts Service. You will help onboard stakeholders and suppliers, set up and maintain contract records, keep information accurate and up to date, and support the ongoing maintenance and cleansing of our procurement systems, including Atamis. The post holder will also help improve records management and ways of working, support colleagues and suppliers with system queries, and contribute to reporting, system changes and continuous improvement across the service
