Job summary

You will support and manage procurement projects, draft documentation, and coordinate evaluation and governance processes.

The role emphasizes compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 and PCR 2015, strong organisation, attention to detail, and effective stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting procurement exercises and governance.
• Strong organisational and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Procurement Act 2023 and PCR 2015.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a consultancy environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple projects and procurement workstreams, ensuring outputs meet client expectations.
• Draft procurement documentation including notices, SQs, ITTs, RFQs and award reports.
• Coordinate procurement processes with governance approvals and key milestones.
• Maintain auditable procurement records and evaluation documentation.
• Deliver high-quality reports, presentations and client briefing materials.
• Lead client meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
