Clearsprings Group is seeking a Property Procurement Officer in the United Kingdom. The role involves managing property procurement, building relationships with landlords and agents, and ensuring compliance with procurement targets through effective administration and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales, estate agency and residential property management, with duties including development planning and procurement in the property sector.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Strong background in property sales, estate agency or residential property management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the supply of property through accommodation partners and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local authority EHO’s and regional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations Manager and Head of Procurement Services to maximise bed space efficiency.
• Maintain records in line with company procedures and ensure handover processes are followed.
• Provide cover for other staff as agreed by line manager.
