Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage office purchasing system, negotiate discounts where possible.
• Source items from stores to expedite urgent client requests.
• Coordinate safe packing and shipping of items, including hazardous materials as needed.
• Assist planning and purchasing for client needs such as events and birthdays.
• Process invoices accurately and maintain stock control.
• Provide cover for colleagues during absences.
