Located within the historic Central Saint Martin’s college, near Kings Cross Station, the university offers a vibrant, modern work environment. Staff are expected to work in-office approximately 50% of the time, primarily on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Role Overview: Reporting to the Procurement Lead, the Procurement Operations Officer will manage operational procurement processes, systems, and practices. The role involves engaging with stakeholders to support below-threshold purchasing, focusing on the university’s colleges. Responsibilities include providing reporting, data analysis, business intelligence, and insights to inform procurement strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting best practice principles to support university accreditation and ethical commitments.
