Located within the historic Central Saint Martin's college, just a 10-minute walk from King's Cross Station, the university offers a vibrant, modern working environment. Staff are expected to work in the office approximately 50% of the time, mainly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Reporting to the Procurement Lead, the Procurement Operations Officer will manage operational procurement processes, systems, and practices, engaging with stakeholders to support below-threshold purchasing, particularly within the University's Colleges. The role includes providing reporting, data analysis, business intelligence, and insights to inform procurement strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting best practices to support the university's accreditations and ethical commitments.
