Role Overview: Operations Manager

You will lead a procurement team, allocate workloads, and manage priorities based on business needs.

How You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen

• Manage and motivate your team, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and training to excel and deliver excellent customer service.
• Report concerns and potential issues to the Head of Procurement, proposing appropriate remedial actions.
• Create, monitor, and report on team KPIs.
• Provide timely reports for the Procurement & Commercial functions.
• Implement best practices in procurement processes and suggest operational improvements.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• MCIPS or equivalent qualification is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for process improvements.
• Experience working closely with internal stakeholders to achieve successful commercial outcomes.
• Recent experience leading cross-functional or business unit teams.
