Procurement Operations Manager

Location: Bupa Place, Salford, M50 3SP – Hybrid Working

Type: Full time, Permanent

Salary: From £55,000 per annum + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a procurement team, managing workloads and priorities based on business needs.
• Report concerns and potential issues to the Head of Procurement, proposing remedial actions.
• Create, monitor, and report on team KPIs.
• Provide timely reporting for the Procurement & Commercial functions.
• Implement best procurement practices and suggest operational improvements.

Key Skills / Qualifications

• MCIPS or equivalent qualification (beneficial but not required)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvements
• Experience working with internal stakeholders for successful commercial outcomes
• Leadership experience in cross-functional teams
