Sodexo is seeking a Procurement Growth Manager (FM) to drive procurement across new bids and client Retentions, partnering with Sales, Bid Managers and FM SMEs to deliver competitive FM solutions. You will oversee sourcing strategies, supplier engagement, negotiations and governance to win and retain business.

As a key member of the Supply Management team, you will manage RFQs, build strong supplier relationships and lead negotiations, enabling mobilisation from contract award and ensuring

• Graduate calibre with CIPS qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience in FM procurement and supply chain management.
• Knowledge of FM categories (lift maintenance, fire & security, water treatment, electrical services).
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Description du poste

We're looking for a Procurement Growth Manager (FM) to support our business growth by leading procurement activity across new business bids and client retention opportunities. This is a key role within our Supply Management team, working closely with Sales, Bid Managers, Operational Teams, Mobilisation Managers, and FM Subject Matter Experts to develop competitive and commercially robust Facilities Management solutions. You'll take ownership of the procurement process from the early stages of a bid through to contract award and mobilisation. From developing sourcing strategies and engaging suppliers to negotiating commercial agreements and ensuring governance requirements are met, you'll play a vital role in helping us win and retain business. We're looking for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and identifying opportunities to deliver value for both our clients and the business.

• Lead procurement activity for new business bids and contract retentions.
• Manage the RFQ process and secure competitive supplier quotations.
• Build strong relationships with preferred suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual agreements to deliver best value.
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop compliant and commercially competitive FM solutions.
• Drive the use of Sodexo's preferred supply chain across all opportunities.
• Support the transition from bid award through to mobilisation.
• Ensure procurement activity aligns with governance, compliance and category strategies. Graduate calibre with CIPS qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience in FM procurement and supply chain management.
• Knowledge of FM categories such as lift maintenance, fire & security, water treatment, electrical services, and other Hard and Soft FM services.
• Experience managing subcontractors and supplier relationships.
• Proven ability to lead supplier negotiations and deliver commercial value.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to analyse data and make informed recommendations.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced, matrix environment.
