Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Procurement Growth Manager (FM) to lead procurement across bids and client Retentions in a hybrid Salford/Stevenage role. You’ll shape sourcing strategies, engage suppliers, and negotiate commercial terms to win and retain business.

Based in a fast-paced, matrix environment, you will collaborate with Sales, Bid Managers, Operations and FM SMEs to deliver competitive, governance-aligned solutions and drive value for clients and Sodexo.

Qualifications

• Graduate calibre with CIPS qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience in FM procurement and supply chain management.
• Knowledge of FM categories such as lift maintenance, fire & security, water treatment, electrical services, and other Hard and Soft FM services.
• Experience managing subcontractors and supplier relationships.
• Proven ability to lead supplier negotiations and deliver commercial value.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with ability to analyse data and make informed recommendations.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Procurement Growth Manager (FM)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We're looking for a Procurement Growth Manager (FM) to support our business growth by leading procurement activity across new business bids and client retention opportunities.

This is a key role within our Supply Management team, working closely with Sales, Bid Managers, Operational Teams, Mobilisation Managers, and FM Subject Matter Experts to develop competitive and commercially robust Facilities Management solutions.

You'll take ownership of the procurement process from the early stages of a bid through to contract award and mobilisation. From developing sourcing strategies and engaging suppliers to negotiating commercial agreements and ensuring governance requirements are met, you'll play a vital role in helping us win and retain business.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and identifying opportunities to deliver value for both our clients and the business.
