We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Scheduler and Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive works, coordinating with Site Delivery Teams, Engineers, and Third Party Suppliers to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and in line with service levels. You will be a key point of contact for customers and vendors, providing a prompt, professional, and solution focused service. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
