Mane Contract Services seeks a Purchasing Expeditor to drive timely procurement, chase orders, and manage vendor relations. You will monitor shortages, raise metrics, and ensure ERP/MRP updates align with internal needs.

The role requires strong Excel skills, PO/expediting knowledge, and experience with Navision or D365 MRP. You’ll thrive in a busy team and report to purchasing leadership in a UK-based operation.

• Demonstrate knowledge of Purchase Order and Expediting Processes.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Experience with Agile PLM an advantage.
• Must have ERP/MRP experience (Navision / D365 MRP).

Aufgaben

• Provide performance metrics.
• Communicate to vendors efficiently.
• Ensure that supplier invoices and shipping paperwork are administered accurately.
• Chase up and expedite Purchase Orders to meet SLAs.
• Contacts vendors and shippers to verify shipment dates.
• Communicate with Transportation Company to preclude delays in transit.
• Handle issues related to vendor service, such as delays or quality.
• Find solutions to delays, vendor errors, and other problems.
• Work with various departments to determine the amount and type of goods required.
• Maintain an accurate Shortage Report.
• Track orders from placement through delivery.
• Inspect goods upon delivery to ensure quality and quantity.
• Arrange for distribution of materials upon arrival.
• May inspect products for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Produce meaningful metrics.
• Maintain responsibility for assigned Vendors, placing orders and developing relationships.
• Uphold the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct.
