Job summary

Domestic & General in the UK is seeking a Senior Supplier Relationship & Procurement Operations Manager to lead and mature SRM across strategic suppliers. You will establish governance, performance metrics and executive engagement to maximise value from the supplier ecosystem and support risk management.

The role also provides leadership for Procurement Operations and Third Party Spend governance, including onboarding, renewals and spending controls, with visibility to senior stakeholders across

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading SRM or vendor management.
• Experience with strategic and critical suppliers in a complex organisation.
• Strong governance, supplier performance and risk management experience.
• Experience supporting audits or regulatory reviews.

Responsibilities

• Identify, track and deliver measurable value and continuous improvement opportunities through strategic supplier relationships.
• Lead supplier relationship strategies for strategic and critical suppliers and develop account roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain supplier scorecards and KPI reporting; lead performance reviews and improvement plans.
• Oversee onboarding, due diligence, governance and exit across supplier lifecycle.
