Domestic & General Group is recruiting for a Senior Supplier Relationship & Procurement Operations Manager. The role leads and matures SRM across strategic suppliers, setting governance, performance and executive engagement.

You will drive supplier value, risk oversight and collaboration with Procurement, Risk and Compliance to embed robust governance and lifecycle management. The role requires experience in complex organisations, strong stakeholder influence, and a track record in improving

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Supplier Relationship Management, Strategic Supplier Management or Vendor Management functions.
• Experience managing strategic and critical suppliers in a complex organisation.
• Strong supplier governance, supplier performance and executive stakeholder management experience.
• Proven experience building or maturing SRM frameworks and operating models.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence supplier and stakeholder outcomes.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional supplier improvement initiatives.
• Third Party Risk Management experience.
• Regulatory or financial services experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature D&G's SRM capability across strategic and critical suppliers.
• Establish supplier governance, performance management and executive engagement frameworks.
• Oversee supplier onboarding, renewals and spend governance across the supplier lifecycle.
• Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with key suppliers and drive value creation.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Risk, Compliance, Information Security and Legal on governance and risk matters.
• Coach and develop SRM team members and improve governance reporting.
