Job summary

Roche is seeking a Procurement Enablement - SRM Capability Lead to drive end-to-end SRM delivery within Global Procurement. You will shape the SRM framework, collaborate with Delivery Chapters, Business Partnering, Analytics and Contracting, and lead a team of SRM champions across the organization.

Qualifications

• University degree in business or related discipline.
• 10+ years of procurement experience in strategic sourcing, global category management, contracting, and related projects.
• Experience managing resources without direct line responsibilities in a global matrix environment.
• Expertise in end-to-end procurement systems and processes.
• Curiosity, active listening and willingness to experiment and improve.
• Open-minded and inclusive, sharing ideas and knowledge.
• Project management including change management and process improvement.
• Self-motivated and performance-driven leadership.
• Fluent in English to a business level.

Responsibilities

• Own the SRM capability end-to-end from strategic conception to end-user adoption, ensuring alignment with Procurement strategy.
• Lead SRM Champions and Leads to embed and adopt the framework.
• Coach SRM leads for the largest relationships and drive one of Roche's largest supplier relationships.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across Roche to shape needs and drive impact.
• Develop a roadmap, KPIs and capability direction, leveraging SRM leads and processes across GP to drive adoption.
