Job summary

Avara Foods is seeking a Procurement Administrator on a 3+ months fixed-term contract to support the Procurement Team at the Brackley site. The role focuses on supplier qualification, catalog management in Oracle, price updates for inventory items and KPI reporting across the P2P process.

You will work with the Procurement team to validate savings and inflation, set up new suppliers, and assist with tenders and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Oracle system.
• Ability to build reports.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Validate savings and inflation for period end and monthly finance reporting.
• Maintain and implement price updates in Oracle catalogs as requested.
• Support keeping prices up to date for inventory items.
