Job summary

Avara Foods is seeking an Engineering Project Co-Ordinator at the Brackley site to support engineering projects, manage administration and reporting, and coordinate budgets.

The role is office-based with some factory-based requirements, core hours 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday, with flexibility around timelines.

You will track budgets, raise orders, assist project managers, maintain Gantt charts, and liaise with stakeholders to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and supporting engineering projects.
• Excellent attention to detail with budgets and planning.
• Strong communication across levels.
• Competent with IT software.
• Ability to prioritise and self-motivate.
• Experience with CAD or engineering drawings would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Track project budgets and forecasts against actual spend.
• Raise and receipting project orders.
• Assist Project Managers in project planning and tracking alongside maintaining Gantt charts and communications with stakeholders.
• Attending project meetings, providing administrative support including collating and distributing actions.
• Gather data for scoping and planning of projects and capital submissions.
• Assist the project team in the control and management of contractors.
• Keep track of project tasks and their potential impact on safety, food safety, environmental, production and other projects.
