BPAS, the UK's largest independent women's reproductive health charity, is seeking a Procurement and Contract Compliance Manager to lead our procurement function, ensuring compliant, transparent and value-driven purchasing and contract management across the organisation.
You will develop processes, governance and policies, manage the central contract register, oversee supplier performance and drive ethical, sustainable procurement while working with NHS requirements and senior stakeholders.
Are you an experienced procurement professional looking for an opportunity to lead procurement and contract management within a purpose-driven organisation? BPAS is looking for a Procurement and Contract Compliance Manager to lead our procurement function, ensuring purchasing and contract management activities are compliant, transparent, ethical and deliver best value. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will provide expert procurement and contract advice, develop effective processes and policies, and ensure robust governance throughout the contract lifecycle. You will play an important role in ensuring charitable funds are used responsibly while securing high-quality goods, services and works that support the delivery of our services.
You will have significant procurement experience, ideally within the charity, public or healthcare sector, with strong experience of contract and supplier relationship management. You will have experience leading competitive tender exercises, developing procurement policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements. A degree or equivalent professional experience is required. A CIPS Level 5 or above qualification, or working towards one, would be desirable.
