Job summary

BPAS, the UK's largest independent women's reproductive health charity, is seeking a Procurement and Contract Compliance Manager to lead our procurement function, ensuring compliant, transparent and value-driven purchasing and contract management across the organisation.

You will develop processes, governance and policies, manage the central contract register, oversee supplier performance and drive ethical, sustainable procurement while working with NHS requirements and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• CIPS Level 5 or above desirable or working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve BPAS's procurement strategy with compliance and NHS alignment.
• Maintain central contract register and oversee performance, renewals and governance.
• Conduct audits, monitor risks, and advise budget holders and project managers.
• Build supplier relationships and promote ethical, sustainable procurement practices.
