Job summary

Howden is seeking a Team Leader for the Specialty Processing Group to supervise a team of Technicians across product lines within the Operating Entity. You will partner with the Head of Global Specialty Processing to oversee client-facing administration and processing, ensuring service levels and compliance with group policies.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including English and Maths are essential.
• A-Level Grades A-C preferred.
• Progression towards professional qualifications is desired but not crucial.

Responsibilities

• Develop operating plans for your team and set priorities.
• Develop team projects and contribute to organisational initiatives.
• Supervise output to ensure service and quality standards.
• Assist with creation and processing of broking, client, and technical documents.
• Perform data entry, credit control, and chasing subjectivities.
• Act as partner concern point and build relationships.
• Manage team performance, objectives and development.
