Howden in Milton Keynes is seeking a Team Leader for the Specialty Processing Group. You will lead a team of technicians, supervise operations, and support broking and client documentation to meet service standards.

The role requires supervisory experience, familiarity with Lloyd's/London market, and strong IT skills. Hybrid working and a focus on development and regulatory compliance are key features.

Formación

• Experience leading or supervising teams.
• Strong understanding of Lloyd's and the London market.
• Proficient IT skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement operating plans for the team.
• Supervise team output to meet service and quality standards.
• Assist with creation and processing of broking, client, and technical documents.
• Manage data entry, credit control, and chasing subjectivities.
• Foster internal and external relationships and develop team members.
