Job summary

Nuffield Health in Eastleigh is seeking a Process Technician (Bank) for our HSSU Hub. This ad hoc, part-time role supports sterile services by ensuring equipment is maintained and records are kept.

You should have basic education with literacy and numeracy, and ideally sterile services training. You’ll work on a flexible bank basis, with responsibilities including equipment checks, fault reporting and maintaining a tidy work area. Salary £12.84 per hour.

• Evidence of sterile services training or experience is preferred.

As a Process Technician at our Eastleigh HSSU Hub, you’ll bring a basic standard of general education with proven literacy and numeracy skills. You’re organised with good communication skills – and ideally, you’re able to show evidence of sterile services training.

As a Process Technician, you will

• Help to ensure all equipment is in good working order
• Regularly check medical equipment for damage and report any faults
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
• Take action to resolve any problems
• Escalate issues where necessary
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with our policies and procedures
