Fonterra Canterbury is hiring Process & Packing Operators for its Clandeboye site in England on a fixed-term basis. Our Clandeboye site is Fonterra’s largest manufacturing site, with 11 plants processing, at peak up to 13 million litres of milk per day through some of the biggest dryers in the world. We employee over 1,200 people across the value stream all bringing a diverse range of skills, expertise and thought to our operation.
We’re currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Process & Packing Operators. Working on a rostered shift pattern you will be aligned to one of our processing plants in either the control room or on the factory floor with your key responsibilities being:

These positions offer fantastic work-life balance, working a rotating rostered shift pattern of 2 x 12-hour day shifts, 2 x 12-hour nights shifts, followed by 4 rostered days off.
Your strong mechanical aptitude, planning and sound problem-solving skills will ensure things run smoothly - you won’t just find the problem, you'll be part of finding and implementing the solution.
