Job summary

Fonterra in New Zealand is seeking a motivated Process Operator for our Studholme site. You will operate automated production machinery, perform quality checks, and maintain documentation on a rotating roster (2x12-hour days, 2x12-hour nights, then 4 rostered days off).

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical aptitude, teamwork, and a focus on health, safety, and quality. Put your hands-on experience to work in a dynamic dairy production environment.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for smooth operation.
• Experience with packing machines and quality checks.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards.
• Able to stand for long shifts and work on a roster.

Responsibilities

• Set up, check and run automated production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks to meet world class standards.
• Run production processes and machine diagnostics to ensure quality.
• Ensure documentation is correct and complete.
