Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is offering an internship at the DBS2 Delivery Station in Avonmouth, Bristol. You will work on process-improvement initiatives to enhance driver experiences and station efficiency, using AI tools and data analytics to identify inefficiencies and prototype solutions.

You will collaborate with station management and cross-functional teams, analyse feedback, and implement data-driven improvements on site. This role supports learning with real impact across operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English at C1 level or above.
• 40 hours/week minimum and 3–12 month internship maximum.
• Penultimate or final year at university in business, supply chain, transportation, economics or similar.
• Analytical skills with advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Fluent communication with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives designed to innovate the driver experience and make processes more efficient.
• Use AI tools and data analytics to identify process inefficiencies, automate repetitive tasks, and prototype solutions.
• Analyse feedback and use data to own and implement process improvements at the site.
• Work with station management and other stakeholders to identify and solve process-related issues.
• Audit processes for compliance and close gaps by supporting business decisions with analytics.
