Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is offering an internship for a Process Improvement Specialist. You will plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the driver experience and increase operational efficiency.

Leveraging AI tools and data analytics, you will identify bottlenecks, automate tasks, and prototype solutions across sites. You will collaborate with station management and stakeholders to resolve issues, audit processes for compliance and deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1+)
• 40 hours/week minimum; 3–6 month internship maximum
• Penultimate or final year in business, supply chain, transportation, economics or related field
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros)
• Strong stakeholder communication across diverse groups

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives to innovate the driver experience
• Use AI tools and data analytics to identify process inefficiencies, automate tasks, and prototype solutions
• Analyse feedback and use data to own and implement process improvements at the site
• Work with station management and other stakeholders to identify and solve process-related issues
• Audit processes for compliance and support decisions with analytics
