Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to design new delivery stations and optimize legacy sites across EU AMZL. You will partner with operations, design and construction, launch and expansion teams, contributing to safety, quality and cost improvements while traveling up to 25% domestically.

The role emphasizes data-driven design, process optimization, and the integration of new technologies into existing networks to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, operations, logistics, supply chain or engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering.
• Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of project management tool.

Responsibilities

• Drive new site designs and legacy site upgrade designs from planning to execution, including automation integration.
• Lead and drive technology integration and standardization in EU-wide programs and products, owning all layout integrations and optimizations in the assigned Delivery Stations.
• Contribute to network standardization via best practice sharing with EU counterparts.
• Provide process expertise on engineering design defining material flow, conveyor positioning, equipment requirements and real estate implications from process requirements
• Lead strategic initiatives and identify project opportunities to improve the processes and stations designs, engaging and influencing their key stakeholders.
