Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to design new delivery stations and optimize existing ones, driving safety, quality and cost improvements across EU operations.

You will lead automation integration, standardize layouts, and collaborate with operations, design and construction teams across Europe, with frequent domestic travel and a data-driven, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience in planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities.
• Experience with CMMS software and manufacturing/process/industrial engineering.
• Knowledge of project management tools and Six Sigma/Lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Drive new site designs and legacy site upgrades from planning to execution, including automation integration.
• Lead technology integration and standardization in EU-wide programs and products.
• Contribute to network standardization via best practice sharing with EU counterparts.
• Provide process expertise on material flow, conveyor positioning, equipment requirements and real estate implications.
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve processes and station designs, engaging stakeholders.
