Job summary

pladis Global seeks a Head of Process Excellence to lead process management across R&D and manufacturing, driving continuous improvement and waste reduction. You will embed Lean Six Sigma, SPC and robust trial design to improve capability, productivity and new asset integration.

In this UK&I role you will shape strategy, lead cross-functional programs and report progress to senior stakeholders with evidence-based insights. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Food Science or Manufacturing.
• Significant experience in process improvement, process engineering or operations leadership within manufacturing or R&D.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, SPC, process capability and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of best-in-class process management across R&D and manufacturing.
• Embed Lean Six Sigma, SPC and robust trial design to improve performance and unlock productivity.
• Develop and execute a process excellence strategy aligned to UK&I priorities.
