Job summary

pladis is seeking a Senior Process Engineer - Process Excellence to drive process improvements across R&D and manufacturing. You will lead hands-on trials, apply Lean Six Sigma and SPC, and partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain and R&D to reduce waste and raise productivity.

Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. The role reports to the Director of Process Excellence and focuses on practical, data-driven improvements, new machinery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Manufacturing or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Plan, run and evaluate process trials for new products, processes, machinery and technology using data to assess performance and identify improvements.
