Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a Process Engineer to join its cutting-edge team delivering advanced process solutions in the chemical sector. You will contribute to plant design, commissioning, and ongoing operation within a COMAH environment, engaging clients and leading technical delivery on complex projects.

You will develop detailed design packages, coordinate cross-discipline workstreams, and support both reviews and formal documentation.

Qualifications

• MEng or BEng in Chemical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Experience in process plant design, commissioning or operations in an industrial environment.
• Strong technical capability with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Solid understanding of process safety principles, hazard identification and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to development of detailed process design packages (mass/energy balances, PFDs, P&IDs) ensuring accuracy and standards.
• Own engineering workstreams, coordinate across disciplines, manage timelines and deliverables.
• Act as key client contact, provide technical guidance and support project execution from concept to commissioning.
• Support technical reviews such as HAZOPs and feasibility studies to improve safety and operability.
• Produce and maintain high-quality process documentation for project development and plant performance.
• Assist with commissioning activities and troubleshooting to ensure safe delivery.
• Support proposals and deliver technical presentations to prospective clients.
