Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead hazard identification activities at feasibility level and deliver robust process documentation. You will collaborate with project leads, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and produce deliverables across process overview, basis of design and energy balances.

Hybrid work arrangement is supported with on-site engagement 3-4 days per week at AWE, and the role requires security DV clearance or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in process engineering within a safety-critical environment.
• Knowledge of process documentation standards including overview, flow sheets, and energy balances.
• Familiarity with hazard identification processes and safety standards.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with on-site engagement 3-4 days per week at AWE.
• Security clearance (DV clearance) or the ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Produce a comprehensive set of process engineering deliverables to support hazard identification activities at a feasibility (+) level of maturity.
• Engage with project leads to understand expectations, comply with applicable engineering standards, and deliver high-quality documentation.
• Produce process overview reports, process basis of design, block diagrams, process flow sheets, activity sequence diagrams, mass and energy balances, and detailed process flow diagrams.
• Work in a collaborative team environment with opportunities to influence project outcomes through technical expertise.
