Job summary

Southern Water is expanding its Process & Intelligent Automation team and seeks a Process Analyst to shape how work gets done. You will lead process mapping, identify improvements and collaborate with business units to deliver smarter, faster operations.

Working in a hybrid model, you’ll apply BPMN 2.0, analyze KPIs, and map end-to-end processes, while exploring automation opportunities using low-code tools and AI-powered approaches to drive efficiency and value for customers.

Qualifications

• We require substantial experience leading and delivering multiple process mapping and optimisation projects using BPMN 2.0.
• Ability to run process discovery sessions, workshops and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Experience interpreting process data, KPIs and performance metrics.
• Ability to produce clear, structured process maps, SOPs and artefacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process mapping and optimisation initiatives.
• Support or run process discovery workshops with stakeholders.
• Analyze process data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
