Co-op Legal Services is hiring solicitors/fee earners to join our probate team at multiple levels. You will manage a varied probate caseload from start to finish, with a client-focused approach to targets, and we will source new work for you.

We support you with AI-enabled processes and a modern legal technology platform, and there are many opportunities to grow as we expand our probate team. Hybrid working with offices in Manchester, Sheffield, Bristol and Stratford-upon-Avon.

Competenze

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive in private practice (CILEX or STEP qualification) or equivalent probate experience.
• Ability to prioritise and organise work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Client-focused approach with ability to build relationships in a remote setting.

Mansioni

• Own caseload of probate cases end-to-end.
• Use case management system to record information accurately.
• Engage with clients mainly by telephone and email.
• Collaborate with team for ongoing development and provide administrative support.
