Co-op Legal Services is seeking a Probate Solicitor to lead a varied probate caseload from start to finish. You’ll work with our AI-enabled platform and case management system, handling client communications by phone and email, and mentoring junior team members.

The role supports hybrid working across offices in Manchester, Sheffield, Bristol, and Stratford upon Avon, with full-time or flexible part-time hours. A competitive salary reflects experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a solicitor or legal executive in private practice (CILEX or STEP qualification) or equivalent probate experience.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Client-focused approach with ability to build relationships in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Own caseload of probate cases varying in complexity end to end.
• Use case management system to record information accurately.
• Engage with clients mainly by telephone and email.
