Co-op Legal Services is seeking a Probate Solicitor to manage a varied probate caseload from start to finish, with a client-focused approach and AI-enabled processes. The role offers hybrid working, with time split between home and offices in Manchester, Sheffield, Bristol or Stratford upon Avon.

You will handle cases end-to-end, use our case management system, engage with clients by phone and email, and mentor junior colleagues while developing your skills in a forward-thinking team.

Formación

• Qualified as a solicitor or legal executive in probate law (CILEX or STEP).
• Ability to prioritise and organise work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong client-focused approach with ability to build relationships remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Own caseload of probate cases end to end using case management and AI tools.
• Maintain accurate information in the case management system.
• Engage with clients mainly by telephone and email.
• Collaborate with expert team support and receive administrative support.
• Mentor junior team members using your legal knowledge.
