Responsibilities

• Handle breaches of tenancy regulations timely.
• Manage properties to achieve performance targets.
• Provide welcome visits to new tenants.
• Identify customer vulnerability and necessary interventions.
• Work with the Lettings Service for housing applications.
• Provide low-level support and referrals to services.
