Job summary

Silcom Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Service Advisor for a well-established business in Basingstoke. You will be the main contact for customers through their service journey, book vehicles, and liaise with the workshop to keep things moving smoothly.

Prepare cost estimates, invoices, and explain work carried out. Upsell where appropriate, delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in automotive aftersales.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to upsell appropriately.
• Excellent communication and organisation to manage bookings and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for customers during service or repair journey.
• Book in vehicles and liaise with workshop for smooth processing.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and prepare invoices.
