Pembrook Resourcing LTD in Salisbury is recruiting a Service Advisor for an established dealership. You will be the key contact between customers and the workshop, supporting vehicle check-in, progress updates and smooth collection.

The role offers a £29,500 basic salary with an OTE of up to £33,000 and a 42.5-hour week, along with ongoing training and a supportive working environment to grow in automotive customer service. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role within a busy dealership.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Confident working in a busy dealership environment.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming customers and handling service enquiries.
• Booking vehicles into the workshop.
• Preparing job cards and accurately recording customer requirements.
• Liaising with technicians and workshop colleagues.
• Providing customers with regular updates on vehicle progress.
• Discussing additional work and obtaining customer authorisation.
• Ensuring vehicles are ready for collection and invoices are explained.
• Delivering excellent customer service throughout the process.
