Qualifikationen

• Previous site management, facilities management or premises experience is essential.
• Experience in a school or educational environment is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety and building maintenance.
• Experience coordinating contractors and prioritising repairs.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently, use initiative and respond effectively to urgent issues.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the daily maintenance and security of the school site.
• Coordinate routine inspections, repairs and planned maintenance.
• Supervise caretaking and premises duties where applicable.
• Monitor health and safety requirements and maintain relevant records.
• Coordinate contractors and ensure work is completed to an appropriate standard.
• Manage site access, key control and opening and closing arrangements.
• Monitor facilities expenditure, supplies and maintenance requirements.
• Support emergency procedures and report significant risks or issues to senior leaders.
