Proactive School Site Manager – Facilities & Security

Zusammenfassung

TipTopJob is recruiting a reliable Site Manager for a welcoming primary school in Wexham, Slough, starting ASAP. You will be responsible for day-to-day management, security, cleaning and maintenance of the premises, ensuring the site is ready for pupils and staff each morning and securely locked at day end.

You should have previous experience in site management, facilities, maintenance or caretaking, be local to Wexham/Slough, and capable of coordinating with contractors and external service

Qualifikationen

• Experience in site management, facilities, maintenance, caretaking or a similar role.

Aufgaben

• Opening the premises each morning and ensuring the site is ready for the school day.
• Locking up the premises at the end of the day and ensuring the site is fully secure.
• Taking responsibility for the day-to-day running and upkeep of the premises.
• Carrying out general maintenance, repairs and minor works where appropriate.
• Maintaining the grounds and ensuring the site is kept clean, tidy and presentable.
• Cleaning and maintaining the swimming pool.
• Monitoring the security of the buildings, grounds and equipment.
• Reporting and coordinating any larger repairs or maintenance issues.
• Liaising with contractors and external service providers when required.
• Carrying out regular health and safety checks.
• Supporting the school with compliance and ensuring the premises remain safe for pupils, staff and visitors.
• Responding promptly to any site-related issues or emergencies
