Marchant Recruitment is seeking a reliable School Caretaker for a well-established school in Sevenoaks. This full-time, permanent role starts as soon as possible and involves hands-on maintenance to keep the site safe, secure, and well-presented for staff and students.

You will work with the site team and senior leadership to ensure smooth operations and a positive learning environment, with a practical, independent, and team-oriented approach. Valid right to work in the UK is required.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a caretaker, site assistant, or in general maintenance.
• Foundational understanding of building maintenance and health & safety standards.
• Hands-on, practical approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and strong organisational skills.
• Valid right to work in the UK.
