Job summary

HR Dept is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to drive growth through outbound business development and marketing activities in Swindon. You will contact prospective clients from an existing database, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team to win new business.

In addition to business development, you will manage social media, website content, email campaigns, and lead follow-up, maintaining CRM records and preparing regular performance reports.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales, business development, marketing, or support role.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn and social media platforms for business purposes.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact prospective clients from an existing database.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling.
• Qualify leads and support quotes.
