GBR Recruitment Ltd are partnering with a leading construction business to recruit an experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator who will bridge internal sales and external marketing agency teams while supporting the wider operations under the Sales Director.

The role emphasizes sales support, administration, coordination, data entry, compiling reports and creating presentations for sales activities and board meetings. HubSpot CRM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sales & Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong HubSpot CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to sales.
• Assist with quotations, proposals, presentations and customer documentation, and route enquiries.
• Coordinate marketing activity and assist with social media content creation.
• Prepare email marketing campaigns and customer communications via HubSpot.
• Develop and maintain sales and marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, proposals).
• Create client case studies and promotional materials.
• Coordinate marketing requirements with the external marketing agency.
• Assist with website content updates (case studies, services, products).
• Support trade show exhibitions and customer presentations.
• Maintain and update HubSpot CRM; enter leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Ensure accurate customer information and schedule follow-ups.
• Produce sales reports and basic campaign reporting from HubSpot.
